Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules for working with Jigar Prajapati as a freelancer. By engaging my services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before initiating any project.

1. Project Initiation & Payment

• A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.

• A formal contract will be created for every project. Both parties must agree and sign the contract before work begins.

2. Revisions & Extra Charges

• Projects include a set number of revisions as defined in the contract.

• Any extra revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur additional charges, based on project scope and contract terms.

3. Final Delivery & Approval

• For approval, a watermarked or low-quality version of the project will be delivered.

• Once the client is satisfied, the full payment must be cleared before final delivery.

• After full payment:

  • The client can publish and own rights to the final video.

  • Project files will not be included in the final delivery.

• Jigar Prajapati retains the right to show or publish the work as portfolio content on websites or social media.

• If project release is delayed, Jigar Prajapati may upload watermarked content only for portfolio or client demonstration purposes.

• If the client does not respond within 3 working days after delivery for approval, the project will be automatically considered complete, and the client must pay the remaining balance in full.

4. Project Delivery & Backup

• After delivering the final project, files will not be stored longer than one week, unless associated with future work.

• Clients are responsible for backing up and safely storing all files.

5. Changes & Scope Adjustments

• Any additional requests or changes after signing the contract require re-evaluation of scope and pricing.

• Extra work may include additional charges as agreed in the contract.

6. Refund Policy

• Advance payment refunds are only available if I cancel the project.

• If the client cancels, the advance payment is non-refundable.

• After project completion, if the client is unsatisfied, 25% of total project payment may be refunded.

  • Clients are not required to publish the work.

  • Concept, design, and 3D models remain the intellectual property of Jigar Prajapati.

7. Intellectual Property & Rights

• All concepts, designs, and 3D assets remain property of Jigar Prajapati unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may use final deliverables for intended purposes after full payment.

• Jigar Prajapati may showcase work in portfolio, social media, or websites even if release is delayed, using watermarked content if needed.

8. Fraud, Misuse, and Client Responsibility

• Any actions that reflect fraudulent intent from the client, including but not limited to:

  • Misusing approval processes to avoid payment

  • Repeated false promises of final payment

  • Using designs, ideas, or strategies solely to harvest information before canceling

  • Ghosting or abandoning the project
    will be considered a breach of contract, and Jigar Prajapati reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim full payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

• High-quality delivery is guaranteed, but Jigar Prajapati is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages arising from project use.

• Clients must verify and back up deliverables upon receipt.
